LOVE CULTIVATES, NOT DOMINATES | Riddims of Love Notes

💌 The real love of GOD does not #seek to #dominate. It #cultivates. It is not #self-serving, #self-seeking, puffed up, nor demands its own way.
💌 Today, I can #sincerely testify that I am so glad for the enduring power of the Messiah working within me, for truly He’s turned my #sorrows into joy and has #shocked me with #suddenlies I could have never imagined or dreamed.
💌 I have so many reasons to #smile. But please, make no mistake. The result and the fruit of what I am reaping today did not come without my intentional obedience, though painful, pressing, and challenging at times and without my total #surrender to do it GOD's way.

💌 Having had not only to learn but to maintain an indomitably #steadfast #stance of faith and hope as I traveled through many of life’s torrential #storms, all while keeping the gaze on the #Savior, came with a high price.
💌 #Sincerity of heart, #soundness of mind, #Spirit-filledness, #sanctification, and being #set apart is what GOD has used to purify and increase my value. He's used everything I've been through to prepare for #such a time as this. GOD wastes nothing!
💌 Now, with having a #spouse to-be whose love helps to foster and #stimulate this personal growth of mine, my life is transforming in newer and deeper ways; ways I have not known before the #spilling and pouring out and into of this newness, this added plus of beauty and grace. Thus, it really confirms that when you've thought you've learned all there is to know, you nothing as you begin to encounter the novelty and freshness he brings; one you've never had on the level you are being met.
💌 We never #stop learning. Ephesians 3:17-19 reminds us that there is a constant "grasping" or learning and attaining to both knowledge and wisdom in the height and depth of GOD's love, and as He uses marriage between a husband and wife as a metaphor to #speak to us about His love for us, then the mystery of this depth means I will be His #student for life.

💌 You #see, a well prepared and groomed husband already understands before entering into marriage that he is a cultivator.
💌 And as the leader of his family and home, it is his duty to delicately but creatively cultivate and #shape his wife into what he #sees. GOD didn't place Adam in the Garden of Eden without reason and void of purpose during his "alone" #stage.
💌 If the Biblical husband is loving his wife like Christ loved the Church, then the tongue of his words become a powerful #sharpened apparatus that GOD uses to help him #sculpt and #shape her into Christ's image.
One of his unique #strengths and highly #skilled traits is that he is #secured in his identity and his role as the man and husband that he is. He isn't challenged neither intimidated by the #size of her wings and he doesn't clip them.
He welcomes her #soft and gentle femininity and recognizes that what she carries within her is a divine #super-power given by GOD that adds to his life. She completes him so he #strokes them all the more so that she can #soar higher.

💌 And because he has learned the power and the art of #stroking, he begins to #softly and gently paint her with his words so that #she becomes what GOD is #showing and revealing to him. He is a painter, so he patiently paints with passion and intimacy giving #special attention to detail what he desires his wife to be. His #Spirit-led prayers and inspired words of truth will #serve as the runway that #sparks the fire in her #soul for takeoff.
💌 A good wife carries in her vessel #stability, #support, and she brings honor to her husband. With consistent planting, pouring, and watering of the #soil, the results will lead to beautiful growth and blossoms unlike any other.
💌 She will compliment his life, will be an added bonus of favor and grace, and she will be a crown of honor on his head. Together, they will both #shine as the brightness of the #stars in the firmament pointing the way to righteousness. Ahhhh, the power of our #spoken words have everything to do with our #success.
💌 But if our words fail to align with these three elements of position, it does not matter how much we "name it and claim it", this type of result will not yield its fruit. It will never come to fruition.
Just as victory isn't accidental. Neither is righteousness. We must intentionally #set ourselves apart to be used as vessels of honor.
We #seed life by the very words we #speak. For life and death are in the power of the tongue (Proverbs 18:21). So be very careful that every word that proceeds out of your mouth is life-giving.
Remember, whatever you #sow will #show. Learn to wait for the appointed time. The vision the Holy #Spirit #showed you privately has a voice that will #speak to verify, defend, and introduce you publicly.
Key Riddims of Love Notes to Remember:
💌 Marriage within the confinements of #Scripture is a beautiful and divine gift. Proverbs 18:22 reads: He who finds a wife finds a good thing and receives favor from the Lord.
Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church an gave Himself up for her to #sanctify her, cleansing her by the washing with the water through the Word. And to present her to Himself as a glorious church, without #stain or wrinkle or any such blemish, but holy and blameless. In the same way, husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. Indeed, no one ever hated his own body, but he nourishes and cherishes it, just as Christ does the church. For we are members of His body. For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh. This mystery is profound, but I am speaking about Christ and the church. Nevertheless, each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband.
💌 Continue to cultivate, water, and prune your garden of life because anything that is #seeded, planted, and rooted in Christ will blossom. Remember, love cultivates, not dominates. ~Narda #2026Asogwa
📜 Scriptures to Meditate on:
🎯📕 1 Corinthians 13:4-6 - 4Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no account of wrongs. 6Love takes no pleasure in evil, but rejoices in the truth.
🎯📕 Isaiah 55:10-11 - 10For just as rain and snow fall from heaven and do not return without watering the earth, making it bud and sprout, and providing seed to sow and food to eat, 11so My word that proceeds from My mouth will not return to Me empty, but it will accomplish what I please, and it will prosper where I send it.
🎯📕 Song of Solomon 8:7 - Many waters cannot quench love; rivers cannot sweep it away.
🎯📕 1 Corinthians 2:9 - But as it is written, eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
